Living and working alongside these amazing, hardworking people was one of the greatest pleasures of my life. It was truly an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning new skills, making true connections and help where help is really appreciated. In my three months here I had the opportunity to learn so many new things and was able to bring my own initiative in as well. Volunteering here is truly unique and you won’t return the same person:)

I really enjoyed my month volunteering with the NGO! I felt part of the community and got to know everyone well. Peter and the team are flexible and supportive, encouraging everyone’s talents—whether in the office or at the school. I split my time between both and loved working with a great group of international volunteers who connected well with staff and students. The team is inspiring, passionate, and dedicated, and the students are highly motivated. Thank you, Peter, for your kindness and leadership—maybe I can be your assistant one day! 🫶

I spent a month volunteering here and had an amazing experience. Peter is professional and accommodating, tailoring roles to each volunteer’s strengths. I spent a week at the school and the rest at the Kampot office, both welcoming with a mix of international volunteers and kind staff. I worked as a designer and helped manage the NGO’s social media content. The team is passionate and dedicated, making a real impact on Cambodian youth. I’m grateful for the opportunity and highly recommend volunteering here.

I spent three weeks with the association, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. Mornings with Peter were inspiring—he’s patient, supportive, and lets you choose tasks that match your interests, from social media to design. Afternoons were spent teaching English at the school, working with welcoming local teachers and interns. From day one, I felt part of the community, learning about Cambodian culture while sharing experiences with international volunteers. The team’s kindness, dedication, and support made this experience both professionally and personally enriching, and I’m truly grateful for it.

An incredible experience! First of all, I want to thank Peter for this opportunity and the entire staff, who are truly wonderful people. It was a very beautiful experience. I am really grateful for the warm treatment I received from everyone I met. The NGO is very professional, they support you with everything you need, and they provide an accommodation and three meals a day. Thank you again for this experience I´ll definitely come back one day Key Points: generous and appreciated.

Our NGO, empowers and inspires communities through holistic education. We offer English, IT and Life Skills courses to disadvantaged youths in Cambodia. We also nurture their soft skills such as self-confidence, leadership, citizenship and social responsibility, providing them with opportunities to apply their learning in real-life situations.

To help us raise funds for our schools we have established an administrative arm, which runs three accommodation facilities in Kampot: a Boutique Hotel, a Bungalow Park, and a Residence/Guesthouse. The profits from these businesses directly support our educational programs nation-wide.

This partnership between our NGO and our Group allows us to combine high quality hospitality services with meaningful social impact. By volunteering with either of our organizations you will be selflessly contributing toward much-needed quality education and skills training for Cambodia’s systemically underprivileged youth.

Internationally since 2000, we have reached more than 200 000 students with our transformative education. We currently operate more than 50 schools across four countries in Asia (Cambodia, Laos, Japan and Timor Leste) that serve 15,000 students every day.

Our schools in Cambodia and our commercial arm in Kampot have a vibrant community of passionate volunteers who share a common vision of creating positive change. If you want to join us and make a difference in the world, contact us today!
