Volunteer experience
A volunteer’s day usually begins by joining the field team or participating in activities on the BLESS campus. Mornings may involve supporting the children’s special adoption center, participating in women’s SHG meetings, or assisting with livelihood and community awareness activities in nearby villages.
Afternoons are typically spent helping with documentation, interacting with community members, preparing materials, or supporting ongoing project activities. Volunteers also have time to observe field realities, learn from staff, and contribute to meaningful grassroots initiatives throughout the day.
